15-Day Return Policy
At POISE LIFESTYLE, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy for your peace of mind.
Returns Eligibility
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (including studs and hoops)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable service
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary
